Services  ·  Email Marketing

Email that lands, and gets opened.

Email remains the only channel you actually own. No algorithm decides who sees it — but that only holds if your messages reach the inbox, and most of the work is in making sure they do.

In short

We run email marketing end to end — deliverability setup, list health, campaign and automation design, copy, and reporting — so messages reach the inbox rather than the spam folder, and the results are measured against revenue rather than opens.

The problem

Most email problems are not writing problems.

It goes to spam and nobody knows

Missing or wrong SPF, DKIM and DMARC records mean your mail is filtered before anyone could have opened it. The campaign looks like it underperformed.

A list that hurts you

Old addresses, spam traps and people who never opted in damage sender reputation, which then suppresses delivery to the people who did want to hear from you.

One newsletter, everyone, same message

No segmentation, so the message is generic enough to be ignorable by everybody.

Automation that was set up once

A welcome sequence written two years ago still references a product you no longer sell.

What we build

What running it properly involves.

01

Deliverability foundation

SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and verified, sending domain warmed, and reputation monitored. This comes first because nothing else matters if mail does not arrive.

02

List hygiene

Invalid addresses removed, inactive segments suppressed or re-engaged deliberately, and consent status recorded properly.

03

Segmentation

Messages differentiated by behaviour, purchase history and lifecycle stage rather than sent to everyone at once.

04

Automated sequences

Welcome, nurture, abandoned-cart, post-purchase and win-back flows that run continuously rather than campaign by campaign.

05

Copy and design

Written and built to render correctly across clients, including plain-text-first readers and dark mode.

06

Reporting that reaches revenue

Delivered, opened, clicked and converted — with the last one connected to actual orders or enquiries.

How it works

From first call to running in production.

01  ·  Week 1

Fix deliverability first

Authentication records, sending domain and reputation verified before any campaign goes out. Sending more mail from a broken setup makes reputation worse.

02  ·  Week 1

Clean the list

Validation, suppression and consent review, so you are sending to people who can and want to receive it.

03  ·  Weeks 2–3

Build the always-on flows

Automated sequences first, because they run forever without further work. Campaigns are the bonus, not the base.

04  ·  Monthly

Run and report

Ongoing campaigns, testing and monthly reporting against a stated baseline.

Fit

When this is the right call — and when it isn't.

A good fit if

  • Businesses with an existing list that is underperforming
  • E-commerce with repeat purchase potential
  • Anyone whose email currently lands in spam

Not the right call if

  • Businesses with no list and no way to build one ethically
  • Anyone wanting bought or scraped lists — we will not do that
  • Single-purchase products with no repeat or referral motion

Asked first

Email Marketing, answered.

Why start with deliverability instead of writing?

Because open rate is a ratio of messages that arrived. If authentication is misconfigured, better copy improves nothing and the reporting will mislead you about why. It is also usually a one-week fix with permanent benefit.

Will you buy us a list?

No. Bought lists produce spam complaints, poison your sending reputation, and in most jurisdictions breach consent law. The damage outlasts any short-term gain and it is not recoverable quickly.

Who owns the account and the list?

You do, throughout. The platform account is in your name and the list is exportable at any time.

Tell us the part you'd most like to hand off.

30 minutes. No deck, no pitch. Describe the part that costs you the most time, and we'll tell you exactly what it would take to automate it.
