Services  ·  AI Front Desk

The enquiry that came in at 11pm still got answered.

Most missed business is not lost to a competitor's better offer. It is lost to nobody replying while you were on a job, asleep, or with another customer. A front desk that never closes fixes the cheapest problem you have.

In short

The AI Front Desk is a chat assistant installed on your website that answers questions about your business, qualifies and captures leads, and sends them to your calendar to book — running 24 hours a day, with every enquiry recorded and sent to you.

The problem

What after-hours actually costs.

They asked, waited, and went elsewhere

An enquiry at 8pm gets a reply at 9am. By then they have messaged two competitors and booked one of them.

The same six questions, endlessly

Opening hours, service area, pricing, availability, parking, do-you-do-this. Answering them is not skilled work, but it still consumes someone's day.

Phone calls you cannot take

You are with a customer or on a ladder. The call goes to voicemail, and most people do not leave one.

Enquiries with nowhere to go

A message arrives through a form and sits in an inbox. No record, no follow-up, no way to tell later how many you received.

What we build

What it does, and what it refuses to do.

01

Answers from your business, not from the internet

It learns from your own website and the details you provide, so answers reflect your actual services, hours and area — not a generic guess about your industry.

02

Books into your real calendar

It offers genuine open slots from your connected calendar and creates the booking. Two people racing for the same slot cannot both get it — the booking is locked per slot, so double-booking is prevented rather than hoped against.

03

Captures the lead even if the chat is abandoned

If someone gives their details and then closes the tab mid-conversation, the contact is still captured and surfaced to you. A half-finished conversation is still a real person.

04

Alerts you durably

Owner notifications are queued and retried rather than sent once and forgotten. A failed email surfaces as a problem instead of vanishing — a lost lead should never be silent.

05

Never promises what it cannot do

If it has no booking capability configured, it does not imply it can book. It will not claim a confirmation email was sent when no address was given, and it cannot cancel or move an appointment on an email address alone, because that would let anyone move a stranger's booking.

06

Your own dashboard

Every lead and conversation in one place, exportable, with the visitor's details and what they asked about.

How it works

From first call to running in production.

01  ·  Day 1

It learns your site

We point it at your website and it drafts the business knowledge — services, hours, area, common answers — which you then correct.

02  ·  Day 1

You review the answers

You read what it will actually say and change anything that is wrong. This is the step that decides quality, and it is yours, not ours.

03  ·  Day 1

Connect calendar and alerts

Google Calendar connected if you want booking, and the alert address set so enquiries reach a person who will act on them.

04  ·  Within 24 hours

Install and go live

Fit

When this is the right call — and when it isn't.

A good fit if

  • Service businesses that miss calls while working
  • Anyone taking bookings or appointments
  • Businesses answering the same questions repeatedly
  • Companies with meaningful out-of-hours enquiry volume

Not the right call if

  • Businesses with no website to install it on
  • Complex regulated advice requiring a licensed professional
  • Anyone wanting it to handle payments or contracts — it does not

Asked first

AI Front Desk, answered.

Will it make things up about my business?

It answers from the knowledge base built from your own site and your corrections, which you review before it goes live. It is also built not to promise capabilities it does not have — the failure mode we design hardest against is a confident answer that commits you to something you cannot deliver.

Can it double-book me?

No. Bookings take a lock on the specific slot, so if two visitors try for the same time simultaneously exactly one succeeds and the other is offered alternatives. This is enforced in the booking path itself, not by asking the assistant to be careful.

What happens to a conversation someone abandons halfway?

If they gave contact details before leaving, you still get them. Those are held separately from completed enquiries so your lead list stays clean, but they are visible — an interrupted conversation is still a real person who wanted something.

Can a customer cancel or move their appointment through it?

Deliberately not. Verifying identity by email address alone would let anyone who guessed an address move or cancel a stranger's booking. Changes go through you.

What data does it keep, and can it be deleted?

Conversations and captured leads, held for your account. A deletion request erases the person from every store it touches and redacts the chat logs, and we tell you plainly which downstream copies — your CRM, your email — we cannot reach on your behalf.
